Il ciclista è reduce dal bronzo olimpico nell’inseguimento a squadre.
Classe 1998, nel 2021 ha ridotto al minimo le sue esperienze su strada partecipando al giro di Croazia in ottobre da stagista del team.
In febbraio aveva lasciato il segno nel campionato nazionale, piazzandosi terzo nella gara contro il tempo dietro a Plapp e Durbridge, e secondo in quella in linea, battuto in volata da Cameron Meyer.
